Customer Care Dashboard Views
Beamer offers customer management and quality reporting functions for high value accounts (HVAs) and platforms with three different editions:
- Service Management Edition—Provides current and historical information on individual and combined high value accounts through summary and analysis reports
- Key Account Manager Edition—Provides current and historical information on individual high value accounts and high value account groups through summary and analysis reports
- Customer Care Edition—Provides real-time information on an individual high value accounts and high value account groups through summary and analysis reports
On the UACN platform, fully-customizeable user-defined portlets deliver top-level focus on the most important voice accounts. Both Unified Assurance and UACN dashboard options link corporate account monitoring activities to actionable paths for further investigation and troubleshooting.
Reports
Beamer includes a range of on-demand and scheduled reports on service quality by HVA, with data aggregated by hour, day, week or month. Reports can be displayed on screen or exported to a printer, PDF or CSV file.
Alarms
Beamer's configurable alarms enable immediate, proactive notification of problems that are affecting your most important customers. Alarms are generated when KPI values fall below or exceed custom thresholds. Alarms are logged and can be emailed to operations, customer care and others or alternatively forwarded to TeMIP or other higher-order systems.
