The Iris Session Analyzer (ISA) call trace tool identifies and diagnoses the specific calls and sessions that violate specified performance criteria while providing improved usability and workflow efficiencies. The Protocol Analyzer (PA) troubleshooting tool offers network engineers a composite view across mixed protocol stacks and sub-networks, supporting both real-time and historical Protocol Data Unit (PDU) investigation from a common platform. Iris Traffic Analyzer (ITA) enables users to view and analyze transport layer, router/firewall and application performance issues. Iris Traffic Analyzer (ITA) helps identify, classify and monitor unknown protocols so carriers can clearly understand the traffic patterns in their network. Iris Automated Control Engine (ACE) provides the ability to automatically launch actions, such as active tests, driven by the data monitored and correlated by the GeoProbe SpIprobe and G10 passive probes.
